Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns on most products within 14 days for a full refund or 30 days for a store credit from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and labels attached. Please note that certain items, such as intimate apparel or swimwear, may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons. Additionally, items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events may have different return eligibility, which will be clearly stated during the purchase process.
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our team within 21 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. You can reach us via email, phone, or in-person.
- Provide us with your order details and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation that came with it.
- Ship the item back to us using a reliable and trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or store credit, as per your preference.
For eligible returns, we offer two refund options:
- Full Refund: You will receive a refund equal to the original purchase price, excluding any shipping charges.
- Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue a store credit that can be used for future purchases. Store credits do not expire and can be used towards any item in our boutique.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend initiating a return as per our return policy and placing a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly by arranging for a replacement, return, or refund, as necessary.
For customers who prefer in-person returns, you may visit our boutique in Wallaceburg, Ontario or Chatham, Ontario with your item and proof of purchase. Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you in processing your return and exploring alternative options.
